Before clicking on the "Register Securely with Pay Pal" link below, be sure to fill in your choice of sandwich and enter the name of your church. Also, please keep in mind that we are unable to accommodate special diets.
Important for filling out the Pay Pal form: If the name and address of the person attending is different from the billing information please do the following on the 2nd page of Pay Pal in the section "Add special instructions to seller" - type in the attendee's name, address and phone number.
